運送政策是您與顧客之間具法律效力的協議文件,清楚列出雙方對出貨流程、運費、配送方式、延誤處理等事項的權利與義務。
A Shipping Policy is a legally binding document between you and your customers. It outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and procedures related to shipping, including processing times, costs, methods, and how exceptions (such as delays) are handled.
1. 訂單處理時間 | Order Processing Time
我們會在收到訂單後 [填寫處理工作天數,如 2–7 天] 個工作天內完成處理與出貨(不含例假日與國定假日)。
