  2. After our review, we’ll send you return instructions and return address

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to product issue)

  4. Refund will be issued after receiving and verifying the returned item

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for securely packaging the return. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if the item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
